CREATIVE

  • Well versed with creative conceptual design from planning, designing to executing design/project.

  • Extensive experience in developing fresh ideas with visual trends, motion graphics, digital content and interactive content for marketing campaigns, social media content, promotional collaterals, etc;

  • Possess experience using 3D software will be added advantage.

  • Graphical design work for business marketing tools like prints/web will be an added advantage.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Well managed with tight deadlines.

  • Combine patience, determination, and persistence to troubleshoot for clients and the team.

  • Thrive in a team environment, work well with others and follow leadership directives at appropriate times.

OPERATIONS SUPPORT

  • Well-developed skills in prioritizing, organization, decision making.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • To achieve monthly sales goal.

  • To obtain new business opportunity with agencies, clients and tenants.

  • Prepare business proposals, and essential documents checklist upon confirmation such as, job requisition, contract, color proof, certificate of completion (COC) for client’s endorsement and management approval.

  • To coordinate with operation team to meet visual dateline, color proof and installation arrangement.

  • Prepare account receivable collection updates to meet sales commission claims.

  • Check and verify sales commission for approval.

  • To prepare weekly/monthly sales report.

  • Establish genuine rapport with prospects and clients and enhance with after sales service.

  • Team Support

    • Assist to cultivate new business opportunities and marketing ideas, strategies to enhance the scope of advertising medium.
    • Assist to update and compiling client database, marketing tools and report on marketing strategies feedback for the team.
